ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
STUDENT PAYMENTS
To help parents and students access band fees and costs more easily, individual accounts have been set up for each student on a website called MyMusicOffice.
About Your Account
Each band student will be given login information. Please review your account regularly. Once logged in, you will be able to see any money that is owed on your child's account.
Payments can be made through MyMusicOffice or with cash or a check in an envelope, sealed with the name of your student and designated payment in the band room safe. Checks are made out to WCHS Band.
Login Instructions
For Freshman and/or New to Band this year only:
- •Log on to www.charmsoffice.com, and click the "ENTER/LOG IN" link at upper right.
- •Locate the "PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN" section of the web page.
- •Login to your child's program account using the following School Code: wcarthsband
- •This will bring up the main parent page.
- •Next, you will be asked to enter your child's ID number. Their ID number is their first name, last name and last two digits of their graduation year (26 for freshman). If a student is a freshman whose name is John Smith, their ID will be johnsmith26. If you have 2 last names, only the first last name was used in the ID. For example, if your name is Mary Coates-Hayes, your ID is marycoates26.
- •After logging in, you will be prompted to create your own user name and password for future logins.
